The Wingfoot is published bimonthly on the first day of the month of publication (January/March/May/July/September/November).
All submissions must be received by the editor no later than seven days prior to the day of publication. Please try to send in your submissions EARLY. Feel free to contact the editor with questions.
What to submit
The sky’s the limit. Write about a race you ran or observed, interview a fellow member, send in tips on nutrition, injury prevention, training, shoes, apparel, etc. Traveling to an exotic place? Write about your experience. Running your first marathon? Tell us how you are preparing. We’ll take anything. Photos accepted.
How to submit
Please write “Wingfoot Submission” in the subject box of the email. You may inlcude your submission in the body of your email, or save it as an MS Word file (6.0 or higher) and send it as an attachment. Please include your name, daytime telephone number, total word count (approx.) and a brief bio (optional). Send your submission email to email@example.com.
