Sherita Williams obliterated the competition with a
43'8" triple jump
at the Tufts Invitational on January 15, breaking her own
club
record, the facility record, and becoming the first GBTC woman this season to qualify
for the USATF
national championships, coming in February to Reggie Lewis. Sherita was a
2004 NCAA Woman of
the Year finalist while at
Michigan State.
