2020 GBTC Invitational LATE Registration and Payment

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

Late Entry and Payment Deadline –
Wednesday January 15th 11:59pm

Entry into the 2020 GBTC Invitational consists of TWO SIMULTANEOUS STEPS (event registration and payment) to be accepted.

Additionally, all individual and club athletes, as well as high school and college coaches, and a parent or guardian of a minor must fill out waivers for participation. These waivers are linked to our main meet page. Bib number pick up will be most efficient if one prints and fills out the waiver in advance.

Event registration and payment must both be completed on or before January 15th for LATE registration. There will be NO POST ENTRIES.  Once entries are made on directathletics, online payment is expected and due by the entry deadline; entries will NOT be accepted if payment is not completed by the deadline.

For late entry TEAMS and CLUBS:
Your team or club must pay online; hand-delivered payment will not be accepted for late entries. A W-9 is linked to our main meet page.

    Late event registration will open at 12:00 am Wednesday January 15th and remain open until 11:59pm.
     Use the meet registration site at DirectAthletics to enter individuals and teams into meet events by the registration deadline. If you have never used DirectAthletics before, you will have to create an account on their web site.
  2. Event payment:
    Late entry requires payment for entry acceptance.
     
    This year entry fees are being processed via DirectAthletics simultaneously with event registration.
    Entry fees are nonrefundable (they are entry fees and not participation fees), and we will not refund entry fees in any case including but not limited to inclement weather, meet cancellation, scratches, duplicate event entry, duplicate payment or over-payment, or non-appearance by the athlete.

Reminder to all athletes:
Your event payment, online registration, and bib pick up does NOT mean you are declared into your event. ALL ATHLETES MUST DECLARE into their respective events according to the published meet check-in rules or otherwise risk being scratched from the event.

  • LATE Individual Events and Relays: $40 for EACH Event Entry (regardless of event scratch or participation).
  • All relay teams must be registered via DirectAthletics using a team account, all relay members must represent the same team and be listed on one TEAM roster in Direct Athletics (no all-star teams, no co-ed teams, and no day-of entries).
  • There is no event limit per person, but payment must be made for EACH EVENT entered regardless of intention to participate.
  • Clubs/Teams: $500 maximum cost per team gender, with men and women separate. If your team (men and women separate) has more than 12 event entries among them, then that team is eligible for a team entry max cost of $500 per gender, $1000 combined teams.
