Nate Freese in the 3000m by an enormous 14 seconds proved that high mileage pays off, 8:23.68, a second behind Ryan Place who ran his fastest for GBTC, Chris Lowe in 9:20.27, and Dan Hall in 9:25.95. And in the 5000m, David Bedoya in 14:49.82, and Matt Haringa in 14:52.19.

As for women Scarlett Graham ran a personal best of 17:52.87.

Final results from both days are now up for men and women. Browse the photos snapped by GreaterSnap and comprehensive video captured by Flotrack.

In the men's DMR Ryan Place led with a 3:07 1200, handed the baton in a crowd to Dave Cahill who blasted a 50.8 400 still in a speeding gang, to Doug Chick for his 800 leg. A second after seizing the baton another competitor stepped on Chick's heel ripping his shoe from his foot. The shoe flipped up behind him in a graceful arc to bounce on the track. Chick continued for a 2:02.7 800 in one spike shoe and one black sock. By then the team ran alone at the end of the fast section where Matt Haringa gamely delivered the baton to the finish.

Partial results for the Men and Women are now posted.
