Jessica Lee Blake won the Upton Boston Tune-Up today under cloudy skies over undulating country roads in this rural town just west of Hopkinton where marathon starts. Blake has run the Boston Marathon in 2:52, but won't be racing this year.
Matt Haringa took third in the men's open divsion. He is not racing a marathon, yet.
