Women win Twice at Lynn Woods

Junyong Pak not only organized the men's teams for the annual Lynn Woods 4x2.5 mile cross-country relay, ran the first leg, then immediately set up his hot grill to cook burgers and dogs for club members. He sliced onions and tomatoes and provided Coca-Cola, mustard, ketchup, and beer. What a wonderful way to go.
The big news in the racing came from the performance of club president Bruce Davie running on the winning men's masters team with the third fastest club time. GBTC's Allison McCabe let the women's GBTC team to victory posting the second fastest women's time of the day. The second or "Red" GBTC women's team ran in second place. The men's open team placed second. Twenty-six club members raced including two on other teams because GBTC did not have multiple of four.
