ICE and Doshi lead GBTC at Newburyport 10

Nate Freese, called ICE, by his college coach at Amherst College just joined GBTC and led the team in the hot 10 miler in Newburyport yesterday. Freese, raised on 120 acres in the middle of Vermont, once constructed a cross-country running path on the deer trails behind the family gardens. He will be moving out of the countryside an into a city job at the end of the summer.
Megha Doshi running her last race as a GBTC runner before lifting off for grad school in Berkley, California led the women's team. New GBTC runner Penn grad and French Lit major, Carrie Golden took third on the women's team.
Club president Bruce Davie won prize money for fourth place in the master's race.
