Dartmouth grad Alex Tanner will be racing the 500m after a win in the 600m this past weekend. In reflecting on her 2 year hiatus from competition she reports a challenging few months, but says “My 600 felt a lot more comfortable than anticipated, which is both reassuring and a sign that Coach Callum’s training is helping me find my stride.” Also back from several years off the track,  Josette Pierre-Louis looks to tear up the 200m after a hard 400m on Sunday.

On the men’s side, Jonathan Charlesworth will be stepping up to the 5k alongside Neel Tarneja, whose lifetime track debut landed him a 3rd place finish in the 3k last weekend.  “I planned to just lead for a few laps of the 3k, but the cheering of GBTC runners last weekend motivated me to challenge myself and see how fast I was capable of running,” notes Charlesworth. He is looking forward to the massive crowd this weekend at BU.

Come join us for what looks to be another weekend of great track performances!
