Teams Race XC in Westfield, MA

GBTC teams travelled to Westfield, MA to the WMDP XC meet in Stanley Park yesterday.  The open men’s and women’s teams each placed second. The club fielded a masters team but results are not yet official. Alyse Rocco won the women’s race and Ryan Irwin placed third in the men’s. The team scores tallied to a delightfully close margin. This was the second grand prix XC meet in the series after Carlisle where GBTC teams won both open races. So the open team scores are now tied, men and women, with WMDP.

New member, Danielle Cohen, grad of RPI, bolstered the club ranks.
