Today GBTC teams placed 3rd open women, 4th open men, and 5th masters men in Franklin Park in Boston on a cool windy day with slight muddy spots on the course. Gretchen Chick took the highest place of the day for the club placing 11th in the open women’s 6 km. Bruce Davie placed 13th in the masters 8 km and Brennan Bonner took 21st in the open men’s 10km.

The club will fund nearly all expenses for eight open men and eight open women to travel to the 2010 USATF National Club Cross Country Championships in Charlotte, NC on December 11th. This race served as the trials to pick the team for the national championship. You can see who the top runners were in the results.
