Annual Meeting

I just wanted to remind club members that our Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 19, at 7PM at the Cambridge Marriott in Kendall Square in lieu of practice. The Hotel is located directly adjacent to the Kendall Square T-stop on the Red Line. Parking is available in the MIT parking lot on Hayward Street (note that parking is not restricted after 5PM).

Now is a good time to think about serving on the Board of Directors. Candidates must be club members in good standing and must be present at the meeting in order to be nominated. Club members who wish to be nominated, but cannot attend MUST email a BOD member stating their intent or the nomination will not be accepted.

It is also important to note that club members must be in good standing in order to cast ballots. Ted (The Enforcer) Charrette will be present to take attendance and to accept renewal checks.

So please make plans to attend. Light hors d’ouerves will be served and there will be a cash bar.
